Which areas do you cover for IT support?
Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Union, Mercer, Monmouth, Essex and Passaic counties from our base in Bridgewater: Somerville, Flemington, Clinton, Hillsborough, Basking Ridge, Morristown, Parsippany, Edison, Piscataway, New Brunswick, Westfield, Summit and the towns around them. Remote support is same-day; on-site is usually within a day.
Do you offer cybersecurity without a full managed plan?
Yes. A security assessment, firewall and endpoint rollout, email protection and multi-factor login can be done as a project. Most clients then keep us for monitoring, but it is not required.
What size business do you work with?
Mostly 5–75 employees: offices, medical and dental, logistics, retail, restaurants and contractors across Central and North Jersey.
How is this priced?
A flat monthly fee per user for managed IT and cybersecurity (TrekCare), a smaller per-device fee to cover staff phones and iPads, or project pricing for one-time work like a cybersecurity essentials rollout, a network rebuild or an office move. Starting figures are in the Project Builder; we quote after a short assessment.
Do you also do the cabling and cameras?
Yes — that is what makes us different. Cabling, Wi-Fi, cameras, access control, conference rooms and IT come from one team, so nothing falls between vendors.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We document everything, rotate passwords and hand you the keys — you own your accounts, not the vendor.
