What we do

Outside is a different job, and indoor gear does not survive it.

Every outdoor project we are called back to fix has the same cause: something made for a living room was put outside. A television that fogs by August, speakers that crackle after one winter, lights that flicker once water finds the connector. Outdoor work is about specification and sealing more than it is about brand. We walk the property in daylight and again after dark, because a lighting plan drawn at noon is a guess.

Outdoor TVs and video walls

Purpose-built outdoor displays that stay readable in daylight and sealed against rain, dust and insects. A living-room TV under a covered patio fails in one season — the panel fogs, the brightness gives up, and the warranty does not cover it.

Outdoor and landscape audio

Weatherproof speakers placed and aimed for the space rather than bolted to the back wall, with buried cable to planting-bed and rock speakers. Zoned so the patio, the pool and the front of the house are separate.

Low-voltage landscape lighting

Uplighting on trees and stone, path and step lighting, and washes along fence lines and facades. Twelve-volt runs on a timer or an app, so the property looks considered after dark rather than floodlit.

Pergolas, pools and outbuildings

A detached garage, pool house or barn needs a wired link, not a mesh node pointed at the yard. We get real network out there so cameras stay online, speakers keep playing and the door opener actually answers.

What's included

Everything, start to finish.

  • Walkthrough after dark as well as in daylight — lighting is judged at night
  • Outdoor-rated displays, speakers and fittings, not indoor gear moved outside
  • Direct-burial cable, conduit where it belongs, and sealed connections
  • Zones so the patio, pool and front of house run independently
  • Transformers and controls sited where you can reach them
  • Network coverage extended to outbuildings where needed
  • App and timer set up before we leave, with a walkthrough

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I just put a normal TV outside under a covered patio?

You can, and people do, but it is usually a false economy. Indoor panels are not bright enough to fight daylight, they are not sealed against humidity, insects or temperature swings, and the manufacturer will not honour the warranty outdoors. An outdoor-rated display costs more once instead of twice.

Will outdoor speakers annoy the neighbours?

Not if they are placed properly. More small speakers at low volume, aimed into the space rather than across the property line, sounds better and travels less than two loud ones on the back wall. We set zones so the patio can be on without the whole garden being on.

Is landscape lighting low voltage?

Yes — the fittings and buried runs are twelve volt, fed from a transformer. That is low-voltage work, which is what our New Jersey licence covers, and it is why the cable can be buried in planting beds safely.

Can the lights, music and TV run from one app?

Usually yes. Outdoor lighting, audio zones and screens can sit on the same system as the inside of the house, so one evening scene covers the patio and the family room together. If you already run Savant, Control4 or Lutron, we extend what you have rather than adding another app.
